Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 Oct 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit DecisionBench (www.decisionbench.lol), why, and what rights you have. It is written for the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
The short version
- There are no accounts, sign-ups, forms or comments.
- There are no cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media embeds.
- Fonts and all other files are served from this site. Your browser does not contact third parties.
- Our hosting provider sees the technical data any web server needs to deliver a page (see below).
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we do not profile anyone.
Who is responsible
DecisionBench is a non-commercial project run by editid0 (“we”, “us”), the controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at calico-mantles-0q@icloud.com.
What is processed when you visit
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as our processor. When your browser requests a page, Vercel’s servers automatically receive technical information:
- your IP address,
- your browser and operating system (the user agent),
- the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time.
This is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and running, and investigate faults or abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): a website cannot work without it. We do not use it to identify visitors, and we do not combine it with other data. Vercel keeps these logs only for a short period, as described in Vercel’s privacy policy.
Vercel may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, as set out in Vercel’s data processing terms.
Settings saved in your browser
If you change the colour theme, the site saves that choice (the keys theme and skin) in your browser’s local storage, so it is remembered next time. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. It is not a cookie and is not used for tracking. Because it only stores a setting you asked for, it is strictly necessary and does not need consent under PECR. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
If you email us
We use your email address and message only to reply and to handle your request, for example a correction to a benchmark result. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to you.
Links to other sites
Pages may link to other websites, such as OpenRouter or model providers. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email calico-mantles-0q@icloud.com. Please note that we usually cannot link hosting logs to a particular person, so there may be no data we can identify as yours.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Visitors from elsewhere
If you are in the EU, the same rights apply under the EU GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, note that we do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. Because nothing is tracked, there is nothing to opt out of. We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as already honoured.
Children
The site is a general audience benchmark and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. If a change means the site starts collecting more data (for example, adding analytics), this page will say so before it happens.
